This EXPLORATION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 26th day of August, 2005 (“Effective Date”), by and between American Natural Energy Corporation (“ANEC”), an Oklahoma corporation, and Dune Energy, Inc. (“Dune”) hereinafter collectively referred to as the (“Parties”) or individually as a (“Party”).
