THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of this 31st day of October, 2014, by and between FRONTIER FUNDS, INC. (f/k/a Frontegra Funds, Inc.), a Maryland corporation (the “Company”) and U.S. BANCORP FUND SERVICES, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company (“USBFS”). This Agreement replaces and supersedes the Fund Accounting Servicing Agreement by and between Frontegra Funds, Inc. and USBFS dated January 13, 2006, as amended.

(the “Corporation”), on behalf of the Frontegra RobecoSAM Global Equity Fund, Frontegra Netols Small Cap Value Fund, Frontegra Phocas Small Cap Value Fund, Frontegra MFG Core Infrastructure Fund and Frontegra MFG Global Equity Fund (collectively the “Funds” and individually a “Fund”).

(f/k/a Frontegra Funds, Inc.), a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), and U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America (the “Custodian”). This Agreement replaces and supersedes the Custody Agreement by and between Frontegra Funds, Inc. and the Custodian dated October 28, 2003, as amended.
