THIS ENVIRONMENTAL INDEMNITY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of April 7, 2015 by IREIT SHREWSBURY WHITE CITY, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company with offices located at c/o Inland Real Estate Income Trust, Inc., 2901 Butterfield Road, Oak Brook, IL 60523 ("Borrower"), INLAND REAL ESTATE INCOME TRUST, INC.
