This LIMITED GUARANTY (this “Guaranty”), dated as of March 28, 2014, made by INLAND REAL ESTATE INCOME TRUST, INC., a Maryland corporation, having an address at 2901 Butterfield Road, Oak Brook, Illinois 60523 (“Guarantor”), in favor of CAPITAL ONE, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (together with its successors and assigns, hereinafter referred to as “Lender”), having an address at 201 St. Charles Avenue, 29th floor, New Orleans, Louisiana 70170.
