This First Amendment to Loan Agreement and Guaranty (this “Amendment”) is made as of June 8, 2007 (“Effective Date”) among LSI SACO TECHNOLOGIES INC., a corporation incorporated and existing under the federal laws of Canada (“Borrower”), LSI INDUSTRIES INC., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Ohio (“Guarantor”) and FIFTH THIRD BANK (“Bank”), an Ohio banking corporation and authorized foreign bank under the Bank Act (Canada).
