This Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of the 30thday of Oct., 2007 by and between Fariba Danesh (“Executive”) and Avago Technologies U.S. Inc. (the “Employer”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Avago Technologies Limited (“Parent”, and together with the Employer, the “Company”). This Agreement shall become effective as a valid and binding contract as of the date first above written, provided that the operative provisions hereof shall not become effective until November 1, 2007 (the “Effective Date”).
