This Software License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of 01/11/2006 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Broadcom Corporation, a California corporation with its principal office at 16215 Alton Parkway , Irvine, California 92619 (“Broadcom”), and Aruba Networks , a corporation with a place of business at 1322 Crossman Ave, Sunnyvale, CA, 94089, United States (“Licensee”).
