For one dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration paid by each of Societe Innovatech du Grand Montreal, Industries Devma Inc., Fonds de Solidarite des travailleurs du Quebec (F.T.Q.) and Fonds Regional de Solidarite Ile de Montreal, limited partnership (collectively the "Investors") to Compositech Ltd.
