This Agreement is entered into as of the 1st day of May, 2014 between Jefferson National Life Insurance Company on behalf of one or more separate accounts, a life insurance company organized under the laws of the State of Texas, (“Insurance Company”), and CALVERT VARIABLE SERIES, INC., a Maryland corporation, (“CVS”), CALVERT VARIABLE PRODUCTS, INC.), a Maryland corporation (“CVP”), and CALVERT INVESTMENT DISTRIBUTORS, INC., a Delaware corporation, (“CID”).

This Amendment to the Participation Agreement (the “Amendment”) is made and entered into this 28 day of March, 2014 by and between GOLDMAN SACHS VARIABLE INSURANCE TRUST, a statutory trust formed under the laws of Delaware (the “Trust”), GOLDMAN, SACHS & CO., a New York limited partnership (the “Distributor”), and JEFFERSON NATIONAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, a Texas life insurance company (the “Company”), on its own behalf and on behalf of each separate account of the Company referred to herein.

THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of this day of __, 2014, among JEFFERSON NATIONAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY (the “Company”), a Texas stock life insurance corporation, on its own behalf and on behalf of each separate account of the Company set forth on Schedule A hereto, as such Schedule may be amended from time to time (each such account hereinafter referred to as the “Account”), MANAGED PORTFOLIO SERIES (the “Trust”), a Delaware statutory trust, on behalf of its series funds listed in attached Exhibit B; TORTOISE CAPITAL ADVISORS, L.L.C.
