This REVOLVING CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of September 25, 2009, is entered into by and among PAGE FOUR FUNDING LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the "Borrower"), CONSUMER PORTFOLIO SERVICES, INC., a California corporation, ("CPS"), and FORTRESS CREDIT CORP.
