As a result of your resignation, this letter is to confirm that your employment with Christopher & Banks Corporation (“Christopher & Banks” or the “Company”) will end at the close of business on Friday, June 21, 2013. The purpose of this Separation Agreement and Release Letter (the “Agreement”) is to set forth the specific separation pay and benefits that Christopher & Banks will provide you in exchange for your agreement to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
