This AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT (as it may be amended, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified, the “Agreement”), amending and restating the FIVE-YEAR COMPETITIVE ADVANCE AND REVOLVING CREDIT FACILITY AGREEMENT (the “Existing Credit Agreement”) dated as of October 31, 2014 and amended as of March 29, 2018 and June 11, 2018, among THE HARTFORD FINANCIAL SERVICES GROUP, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”); each Borrowing Subsidiary party hereto; the Lenders from time to time party hereto; and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., as administrative agent for the Lenders (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”).
