This letter agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions applicable to the performance of consulting services (“Services”) by you (“Consultant”) on behalf of Trimble Navigation Limited (the “Company”). This Settlement Agreement and Release of All Claims (hereinafter “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Francois Delepine (hereinafter “Employee”) and Trimble Navigation Limited (hereinafter the “Company”) as of this 14th day of March, 2016.
