(together with its subsidiaries and other Affiliates “NaturalNano”), a Delaware corporation having an address of 15 Schoen Place, 2nd floor, Pittsford, NY 14534, and Cascade Engineering, Inc. (together with its subsidiaries and other Affiliates, including Noble Polymers, L.L.C., “Cascade”), a Michigan corporation having an address of 3400 Innovation Court SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49512-2085. NaturalNano and Cascade are each sometimes called a “Party” and collectively “Parties.”

NaturalNano and NYCOA are each sometimes called a “Party” and collectively “Parties.”

This Joint Development Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the 18th day of July, 2007 (the "Effective Date") by and between PACTIV CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation with offices at 1900 West Field Court, Lake Forest, Illinois 60045 (“Pactiv”) and NATURALNANO, INC., a Nevada corporation with offices at 15 Schoen Place, 2nd floor, Pittsford, NY 14534 (“NaturalNano”). Pactiv and NaturalNano may each sometimes be referred to in this Agreement as a "Party" and collectively as "Parties".
