This FOURTH AMENDMENT TO SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED LOAN AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is entered into as of the 1st day of August, 2015, by and between THE FEMALE HEALTH COMPANY, a Wisconsin corporation (“Borrower”) and Midland States Bank, an Illinois banking corporation, successor-by-merger to Heartland Bank (“Lender”).
