This FIRST AMENDMENT TO AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT AND CONSENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of January 25, 2021, among Cisco Systems, Inc., a California corporation (“Cisco Systems California”), the Lenders party hereto and Bank of America, N.A., as Administrative Agent.
