However, in no event shall the administrative fee received during any year of the Agreement be less than, or be paid at a rate less than would aggregate $125,000 per Fund and $30,000 per Class. The minimum fee set forth above in this Article 9 may increase annually upon each March 1 anniversary of this Agreement over the minimum fee during the prior 12 months, as calculated under this agreement, in an amount equal to the increase in Pennsylvania Consumer Price Index (not to exceed 6% annually) as last reported by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics for the twelve months immediately preceding such anniversary. ARTICLE 10. RESPONSIBILITY OF ADMINISTRATOR. A. The Company shall not be liable for any error of judgment or mistake of law or for any loss suffered by the Investment Company in connection with the matters to which this Agreement relates, except a loss resulting from willful misfeasance, bad faith or gross negligence on its part in the performance of its duties or from reckless di
