This Amended and Restated Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”), made as of April 19, 1990, as previously amended from time to time, is hereby amended and restated effective as of January 1, 2007 by and between MAF Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), a Delaware corporation with its principal administrative office at 55th & Holmes Streets, Clarendon Hills, Illinois, and Allen H. Koranda (“Executive”). Any reference to “Bank” herein shall mean Mid America Bank, fsb or any successor thereto.
