This Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 26th day of June, 2006 (“Effective Date”), by and between Bridgehampton National Bank, a bank organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America and having its executive offices at 2200 Montauk Highway, Bridgehampton, New York (“Bank”), Bridge Bancorp, Inc., the holding company for the Bank (the “Company”), and Howard H. Nolan (“Executive”).
