This Amendment to the Participation Agreement (the "Agreement") among Oppenheimer Variable Account Funds (the "Trust"), OppenheimerFunds, Inc. (the "Adviser") and Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America (the "Company") dated December 1, 1999 is effective this 1st day of September, 2015. All capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Agreement.
