THIS STOCK REPURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of September _9, 2005, is entered into by and between Concorde Career Colleges, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) and the Robert F. Brozman Trust under agreement dated December 29, 1989, as amended by a First Amendment to Declaration of Trust dated August 3, 1990 (the “Trust”).
