THIS DEVELOPMENT LINE LOAN and SECURITY AGREEMENT (the “Development Line Agreement”) is made effective the 30 day of June, 2014, by and between GOOD TIMES DRIVE THRU INC., a corporation formed under the laws of the State of Colorado (collectively, the “Borrower”) and UNITED CAPITAL BUSINESS LENDING, INC.
