THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of this 12th day of February, 2016 by and among AMERITAS LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, a Nebraska life insurance company, and AMERITAS LIFE INSURANCE CORP. OF NEW YORK, a New York life insurance company (each as the “company”) on its own behalf and on behalf of its separate accounts (the “Accounts”); COLUMBIA FUNDS VARIABLE SERIES TRUST II, an open-end management investment company organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (the “Fund”); COLUMBIA MANAGEMENT INVESTMENT ADVISERS, LLC (the “Adviser”), a Minnesota limited liability company; and COLUMBIA MANAGEMENT INVESTMENT DISTRIBUTORS, INC. (the “Distributor”), a Delaware corporation, amends and restates all prior participation agreements by and among the Parties.
