THIS AGREEMENT AND PLAN OF MERGER, dated as of July 24, 2018 (this “Agreement”), is entered into between SUMMIT FINANCIAL GROUP, INC., a West Virginia corporation (“Summit”), and PEOPLES BANKSHARES, INC., a West Virginia corporation (“Peoples”).
