This amended and restated COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS ASSURANCE AGREEMENT FOR QDOBA BRAND PRESIDENT (this “Agreement”) is made, entered into October 10, 2017, by and between Jack in the Box Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and the eligible Executive Keith M. Guilbault (hereinafter referred to as the “Executive”), and supersedes and replaces the prior agreement between the parties dated August 3, 2017 (the “Effective Date”).
