CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of July 18, 2013, as amended by the First Amendment, dated as of October 20, 2014 and, the Second Amendment, dated as of July 18, 2017 and the Third Amendment, dated as of June 30, 2020 (collectively, this “Agreement”), among M/I HOMES, INC., an Ohio corporation (the “Borrower”), the several banks and other financial institutions or entities from time to time parties to this Agreement (the “Lenders”) and PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Swingline Lender, an Issuing Lender and Administrative Agent (each as hereinafter defined).
