THIS AGREEMENT is made on the 29th day of November, 2013 (the “Execution Date”) by and between John F. Armstrong (the “Employee”) and DLH HOLDINGS CORP., a New Jersey corporation (the “Company”) and is effective as of the 1st day of December, 2013 (the “Effective Date”).
