This SECOND AMENDMENT TO CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”), dated as of April 7, 2026, by and among (i) HEALTHCARE SERVICES GROUP, INC. (the “Parent”), (ii) those additional Borrowers listed on the signature pages hereto (collectively with the Parent, the “Borrowers”), (iii) the Lenders party hereto (the “Lenders”) and (iv) PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as administrative agent for the Lenders (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”). Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned thereto in the Amended Credit Agreement referred to below.
