THIS AGREEMENT dated as of the 23rd day of January, 2014, by and between OFI Global Asset Management, Inc. ("OFI Global"), a United States registered investment advisor, and OppenheimerFunds, Inc. ("Oppenheimer"), a United States registered investment advisor and a registered commodity trading advisor (the "Sub-Advisor") with respect to Oppenheimer Gold and Special Minerals Fund (Cayman) Ltd. ("the Fund"), an exempt company organized under the laws of the Cayman Islands.

AGREEMENT made the 23rd day of January 2014, by and between OPPENHEIMER GOLD AND SPECIAL MINERALS FUND (CAYMAN) LTD. (hereinafter referred to as the "Fund"), and OFI GLOBAL ASSET MANAGEMENT, INC. (hereinafter referred to as "OFI Global" or the “Investment Adviser”).

This amendment (“Amendment”), dated August 11, 2017, amends the Global Custody Agreement (“the Agreement”) dated August 16, 2002 between OppenheimerFunds, Inc. (“OFI”), on behalf of each investment company identified as Customer in Exhibit A attached thereto individually and severally, and not jointly and severally, and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (“Bank”). Capitalized terms used and not defined herein shall such meanings ascribed to them in the Agreement.
