AGREEMENT made as of the 1st day of December, 2014, by and between OPPENHEIMER ROCHESTER CALIFORNIA MUNICIPAL FUND (hereinafter referred to as the “Fund”), and OFI GLOBAL ASSET MANAGEMENT, INC. (hereinafter referred to as “OFI GLOBAL”).
