This Assignment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made as of May 19, 2011 (the “Effective Date”), by and among Real Estate Associates Limited VI, a California limited partnership (the “Assignor”); Linda Kittleson ( “Assignee”), and Duane A. Kittleson and Richard C.
