THIS CONSOLIDATED, AMENDED AND RESTATED MULTIFAMILY NOTE (“Consolidated, Amended and Restated Note”) is made effective as of the 31st day of August, 2007, by DREXEL BURNHAM LAMBERT REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATES II LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a New York limited partnership ("Borrower") and the FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION ("Lender").
