This Amendment No. 3 to Credit Agreement (this “Agreement”) dated as of June 4, 2015 is made by and among QUIDEL CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), the guarantors party hereto (the “Guarantors”), BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., as Administrative Agent (the “Administrative Agent”), Swing Line Lender and L/C Issuer (each as defined in the Credit Agreement (as defined below), and the Lenders (as defined in the Credit Agreement) signatory hereto.
