THIS CHANGE IN CONTROL AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of this 24th day of April, 2014, by and among WESBANCO, INC., a West Virginia bank holding company (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”); and WESBANCO BANK, INC., a West Virginia banking corporation and a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company (hereinafter referred to as the “Bank”); and TODD F. CLOSSIN (hereinafter referred to as the “Executive”).
