This Amended and Restated Revolving Credit Agreement is entered into as of June 7, 2019, by and among World Acceptance Corporation, a South Carolina corporation (the “Borrower”), the several financial institutions from time to time party to this Agreement as Lenders, and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Administrative Agent. All capitalized terms used herein without definition shall have the same meanings herein as such terms are defined in Section 5.1 hereof.

AMENDED AND RESTATED SECURITY AGREEMENT, PLEDGE AND INDENTURE OF TRUST (this “Agreement”) dated as of June 7, 2019, between WORLD ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION, a South Carolina corporation (the “Borrower”), and WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as collateral agent (the “Collateral Agent”) which amends and restates that certain Amended and Restated Security Agreement, Pledge and Indenture of Trust dated as of September 17, 2010 (as the same has heretofore been amended, restated, modified, supplemented or waived pursuant to the terms thereof) between the Borrower and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association (the “Original Security Agreement”).
