Exhibit 24(b)(8.87) AMENDMENT TO FUND PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT (Institutional and Service Shares) This Amendment ("Amendment") to the Fund Participation Agreement is entered into as of March 22nd, 2013 by and among Janus Aspen Series (the "Fund"), Janus Capital Management LLC (the "Adviser"), and ING Life Insurance and Annuity Company (the "Company").
