THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into on September 10, 2013, and effective as of September 6, 2013 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Sprint Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) on behalf of itself and any of its subsidiaries, affiliates and related entities, and Brandon Dow Draper (the “Executive”) (the Company and the Executive, collectively, the “Parties,” and each, a “Party”). Certain capitalized terms are defined in Section 29.
