THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of September 6, 2011, effective as of September 26, 2011 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Sprint Nextel Corporation, a Kansas corporation (the “Company”) on behalf of itself and any of its subsidiaries, affiliates and related entities, and William Malloy (the “Executive”) (the Company and the Executive, collectively, the “Parties,” and each, a “Party”).
