AMENDMENT NO. 6 AND WAIVER TO SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of March 21, 2023 (this “Amendment”), among LEVI STRAUSS & CO., a Delaware corporation (the “U.S. Borrower”), LEVI STRAUSS & CO.
