THIS STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of May 17, 2019, is made by and among (i) Nordic Packaging and Container International, Inc., an exempted company organized under the laws of the Cayman Islands (the “Seller”), (ii) Corenso Holdings America Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and (iii) Sonoco Products Company, a South Carolina corporation (the “Purchaser”).
