CREDIT AGREEMENT dated as of October 17, 2017 among THE BRINK’S COMPANY, a Virginia corporation (the “Parent Borrower”), certain of the Parent Borrower’s Subsidiaries named on the signature pages hereto or that may hereafter become a party hereto pursuant to Section 2.9, the Lenders from time to time party hereto, and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., as Administrative Agent, Issuing Lender and Swingline Lender (all capitalized terms used herein and defined in Section 1.1 are used herein as therein defined).
