This AMENDED AND RESTATED LETTER OF CREDIT AGREEMENT is entered into as of June 17, 2011 among THE BRINK’S COMPANY, a Virginia corporation (the “Borrower”), the Subsidiaries of the Borrower signatory hereto as Guarantors and THE ROYAL BANK OF SCOTLAND N.V.
