This is a variable annuity contract with Contract Value increasing or decreasing depending on the experience of the Variable Account and Index Options. This contract contains a Market Value Adjustment which may result in either an upward or downward adjustment if you take a Partial Withdrawal or a Full Withdrawal. This contract is nonparticipating, with no dividends payable. Benefits available under this contract are not less than those required by statute of the state in which this contract is issued.
