THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated and effective March 1, 2022 (the “Effective Date”) is entered into by Newpark Resources, Inc. (the “Company”), a Delaware corporation, and Matthew S. Lanigan (the “Executive”) and is intended to incorporate and accurately reflect all prior negotiations, discussions, or agreements between the parties.
