THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT (as from time to time amended, supplemented or otherwise modified, this “Agreement”), dated as of December 5, 2014, is by and among NATIONAL FUEL GAS COMPANY, a New Jersey corporation (“Borrower”), the LENDERS party hereto, and JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as administrative agent for the Lenders (in such capacity, “Administrative Agent”).
