__________ (the “Optionee”) is granted, effective as of the grant date, options (the “Options”) to purchase shares of Common Stock ("Common Stock" or "Shares") of Mylan Inc. (the "Option Shares") pursuant to the 2003 Long-Term Incentive Plan, as amended to date (the “Plan”) of Mylan Inc. (the "Corporation"). The Options are subject to the terms and conditions set forth below and in the Plan, which is a part of this Stock Option Agreement (the “Agreement”). To the extent that there is a conflict between the terms of the Plan and this Agreement, the terms of the Plan shall govern. Any term not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Plan.
