This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) was made and entered into as of the 25th day of August, 2005 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. (“MMC” or the “Company”), a Delaware corporation, and Brian M. Storms (the “Executive”) and amended and restated effective as of the 9th day of September, 2005.
