THIS THIRTEENTH AMENDMENT, comprising the restated Kansas City Life Employee Stock Plan, is effective the 1st day of January, 2001, and is entered into by and between Kansas City Life Insurance Company, a Corporation organized and existing under the Laws of the State of Missouri, hereinafter called the “Company”, and John K.
