THIS AGREEMENT is made as of November 17, 2021 by and between STATE STREET BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, a Massachusetts trust company (“State Street” or the “Transfer Agent”), and each trust listed on Schedule A attached hereto (each such trust being referred to as a/the “Trust”), which Schedule A may be updated from time to time in writing by the parties hereto.
