This Executive Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Jeffrey A. Miller (“Employee”) and Halliburton Company, for and on behalf of itself, its subsidiaries, and its affiliated companies (collectively, “Employer”), as of September 19, 2012 (the “Effective Date”).
